Breathe Yin Flow and Restore Yoga
Accessible yoga and breathing classes to help balance your nervous system, develop a deeper sense of wellbeing and improve mental focus, using mind-body practices rooted in yin and restorative yoga, Qigong and meditation. No fancy kit required. Just bring yourself!
My classes are aimed at finding balance – both emotionally and literally. Whether we’re moving through a gentle yoga sequence, finding our edge in the stillness of yin, appreciating the ‘rest’ in restorative yoga, or rediscovering our physical balance, we let our breath be our guide. They are accessible to everyone and every body, geared to each individual’s needs through the added support of a handy chair, coaxing back movement and strength in a fun, pain-free way.
I also offer focused breathing classes which combine mindfulness, gentle movement and rhythmic breathing to help relieve stress and cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing.
