Cockermouth Live! is an annual weekend festival celebrating live music and perfomance across the town.

It’s mainly free to everyone to attend; there are 5 ticketed events; and it’s run by volunteers and is not for profit.

Croft Bowling Club is located in the heart of the Lakeland town Cockermouth.

If you are looking for a friendly lawn bowling club then the Croft Bowling Club has a lovely green in a quiet setting within the town centre. Bowls is a great game for all ages.

Cockermouth Rotary Club was founded in July 1939 and has, since then, remained at the heart of the local community.

The u3a is a friendly movement of retired and semi-retired people

With over 800 members, Cockermouth u3a has a wide range of groups, artistic, crafts, languages, as well as physical activities such as walking and cycling.  Many of our groups perform at care homes or lunch clubs as well as performing for other members.
