Mi Pilates brings personlised, precision based Pilates mat classes to those in and around the Cockermouth area.

Classes are focused but fun with excercises adapted to varying levels of simplicity or complexity depending on the individuals present on the mats on the day and their individual needs .

All classes are taught by a full insured, highly experienced and internationally trained BASI ( Body Arts & Science International ) Instructor .

Extended Pilates training and certification also enables Mi Pilates to bring tailored 1:2:1 and duet pilates sessions to specialised population groups ( pre and post natal, athletes,clients with osteoarthritis, pilates for rehabilitation, injuries and pathologies and specific spinal conditions) in one of our multiple bespoke Studios ( Mi Studio in central Cockermouth and Wellness View Studio in Blindcrake)
