I'm an acupuncturist and a yoga, somatics and qigong teacher
East to West Wellbeing supports clients towards health, providing them with the knowledge and tools to understand what’s right for them.
I practice five element acupuncture which helps people back to health and wellbeing and those who require fertility support. As well as acupuncture I introduce ‘Yang Sheng’ – self help practices and behaviours that clients can use between sessions. These practices include Chinese nutritional therapy, breathing and movement practices.
The movement practices I offer include yoga, somatics and qigong. I combine yoga and somatics in 90 minute classes available to all. These classes offer a gentle and mindful exploration of body, mind and breath. I teach one 60 minute qigong class a week and – like yoga and somatics – it’s a meditative movement practice.
